Admission & Enrollment
Admission to Medicos Skill Institute of Paramedical & Nursing is strictly based on eligibility criteria, document verification, and full payment of prescribed fees. Candidates must submit authentic academic records, identity proofs, and other required documents. The institute reserves the right to reject applications with incomplete or fraudulent information. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation of admission without refund. The institute may revise course structures, fee schedules, or academic calendars as deemed necessary, with prior notice to students.
Fee Payment & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid in full or as per the installment plan by the specified deadlines. Late payments may attract a penalty fee or result in suspension of academic privileges. Refund requests will only be considered if submitted within 4 days to 1 week of payment, provided the cancellation is made before the commencement of classes. No refunds will be granted once the course has started, or for services already rendered (e.g., registration, study materials). Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
Attendance & Conduct
Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% to be eligible for examinations and certification. Absenteeism beyond this limit may require additional coursework or re-registration. The institute enforces a strict code of conduct—ragging, substance abuse, harassment, or any form of misconduct will lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion with no fee reimbursement.
Certificates and diplomas will be awarded only upon successful completion of all course requirements, including exams, practicals, and internships. Students failing to clear examinations may be offered re-examination opportunities, subject to additional fees. The institute is not liable for delays or non-issuance of certificates due to pending dues or disciplinary issues.
The institute shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss/theft of personal belongings on campus. While career guidance is provided, final job placements depend on individual performance and market conditions. Course content, faculty, or infrastructure may be modified for academic enhancement without prior intimation.
Student information (academic, personal, or financial) is collected solely for administrative and academic purposes. Data may be shared with affiliated universities/government bodies as required but will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
These terms may be revised periodically; updates will be notified via the institute’s website/notice boards. For disputes, students may approach the grievance cell. Unresolved matters will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
