However, depending on the applicant’s mode of payment or the banking system involved, it may occasionally take up to 7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in the applicant’s account. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases. All refund requests must be supported by valid documentation and will be subject to internal verification. Please note that processing delays due to bank holidays or unforeseen technical issues may occur, though we strive to minimize such instances.
Pricing Policy
To initiate the admission process, applicants are required to pay a provisional processing fee, which ranges between Rs. 500 to Rs. 1500, depending on the specific program or service opted for. This fee is collected solely for the evaluation and processing of the admission application and is non-refundable under standard circumstances. The exact amount applicable will be communicated to the applicant at the time of application submission. We maintain complete transparency in our pricing structure and ensure that no hidden charges are applied. Any changes in the fee structure will be updated on our official platforms in a timely manner.

We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 3 working days from the date of approval, Credited o 3rd Day or before. Once the refund is approved, our internal team initiates the transaction promptly to ensure timely reimbursement. Applicants will be notified once the refund has been processed from our end.
In certain cases, especially when refunds involve different banks, payment gateways, or national holidays, it may take up to 7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in the applicant’s account.
